The Windows We Fit
We install ProVia windows, and we chose them on purpose rather than carrying whatever was easiest to get.
They are built for a cold climate, with properly insulated frames and glass designed to keep heat in through a Minnesota winter and the sun’s worst heat out in July. The finish quality is excellent, and there is a genuinely wide range of styles, colors and grille patterns, so your windows suit your house.

So we measure every opening individually rather than ordering against a standard. It is unglamorous, and it is the reason the finished job looks right.

A lot of our customers start with the room that bothers them most, or the windows that have obviously failed, and carry on a year or two later. That is a perfectly sensible way to do it, and we will never push you to do more in one go than you want to.

How do I know if my windows need replacing?
The clearest sign is fog or moisture between the panes, which cannot be repaired. Draughts you can feel with your hand, windows that stick or will not stay open, and condensation pooling on the inside through winter are all worth having us look at.
Do I have to do the whole house at once?
Not at all. Plenty of homeowners start with the worst room, or the side of the house that takes the afternoon sun, and carry on later. We are happy either way.
Will it make a real difference to my heating bills?
In an older Minnesota home with failing windows, usually yes — and most people notice the comfort before they notice the bill. Rooms stop being cold near the window, and the house is noticeably quieter too.
