Terms & Conditions

By using this website and submitting our forms, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Foundry Home Solutions LLC provides bath and shower remodeling, including shower replacement, tub-to-shower conversions, tub and shower combos and walk-in tubs, together with replacement windows, patio door replacement and deck building and replacement, across Minnesota. Submitting a contact form or calling us does not constitute a binding contract. All projects require a signed written agreement.

Licensing

Foundry Home Solutions LLC holds Minnesota contractor license BC810228. License status can be verified through the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.

Consultations and Estimates

In-home estimates are free and non-binding. Final pricing is determined after an in-home evaluation, precise measurements and a detailed scope review.

Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on the existing conditions and the scope of work agreed. Any timeframe discussed during your estimate is an expectation based on what was visible at that point, not a guarantee, and conditions found once work begins can change it.

Warranties

Products installed by Foundry Home Solutions LLC carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty, and Foundry Home Solutions LLC warranties its own installation workmanship for one year from completion. Material warranties are administered by their respective manufacturers and are subject to those manufacturers' own terms and registration requirements. Full warranty details for your specific project are provided with your written agreement.

Calls and Text Messages

If you give us your phone number we may contact you by phone or text about your enquiry and your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

Limitation of Liability

Foundry Home Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.
